Post Production Coordinator

Position Overview:
As the Post Production Coordinator, you'll play a key administrative role, ensuring organized and efficient post-production. This position supports the creative team by managing logistics and maintaining accurate records for content syndication and distribution.
Core Competencies:
- Strong Organization: Manage assets, deadlines, and data consolidation for content syndication and distribution.
- Technical Skills: Familiar with video formats, metadata standards, and content syndication and distribution technical specs.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal skills for technical information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Production Administration: Manage schedules for content syndication and distribution delivery, tracking progress and updates.
- Metadata Management: Manage all aspects of metadata for content syndication and distribution, including organization, captioning, tagging, descriptions, compiling data from multiple spreadsheets into a master document, and maintaining asset records with partner-required information.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive assets for content syndication and distribution.
- Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication for content syndication and distribution delivery and technical needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation and reports on project status and metadata.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Admin Experience: Media/entertainment background with content syndication and distribution and data management knowledge. Strong spreadsheet and organization skills, and a familiarity with Monday.com.
- Digital Media Passion: Strong understanding of the content syndication and distribution and broadcast delivery landscape, specifications and pipelines.
- Post Production Experience: A working understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere, its export settings and general workflow.
