🚀 THE ROLE

We’re looking for a digitally native, scrappy killer who can:

• Cut high-impact clips for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Turn 1 episode into 10–20 sharp pieces of content
• Spot the scroll-stopping moment instantly
• Optimize titles, hooks, captions & thumbnails
• Help grow YouTube strategically
• Manage and engage the community
• Build systems for real audience growth
